How to use the Evergreen Soaring Operations Schedule at signupgenius.com
Hi Evergreeners!
First, thanks to all of you that have signed up at signupgenius.com. I want to ask everyone to diligently use the new scheduling system. The club's signup page for weekly operations at Arlington Airport (KAWO) is on the Calendar and Events page, along with other operations and meetings that have unique signup pages.
WHY? How does this help the club??
HOW do you do it?
When you first try to schedule yourself you will be asked to register. This is a private signup, only ES members can register or access the schedule. Private means the scheduler has entered your email address on the allowed list. Please use the email address that is currently on the roster!! If later you change your email address on the roster, please change it here too.
To get to the club's KAWO Operations scheduling page go to Calendar & Events page and click the link you need and login in there.
WHEN do I sign up?
To Field Managers, Tow pilots, Instructors: PLEASE sign up a month or more in advance if at all possible. You can swap, edit, or delete an entry later if circumstances change.

We can schedule instructors and tow pilots accurately, or call for more, if
we see who is showing up to fly.

Sign up, even if it's the day you want to fly. We have Internet in the club
house and the Field Manager can check it in the morning, and call in
reinforcements if he/she knows you are coming.

We can develop more predictability when we can plan ahead.

Frankly, if we use it well we can reduce the work load on scheduler, AND
have better organized operations.

The first time you use the service create an account using the SAME EMAIL
account listed on the club roster.

If you change your email accounts UPDATE that information on BOTH the club
website AND the signupgenius page. In each place you need to use the
"old" email address to log in and change to the "new" one.

Field Managers, Tow pilots and Instructors PLEASE sign up a month or two in
advance. You can always edit or delete an entry.

Sent an email to our scheduler if you're having difficulty. There's a click
on link on the signup page you are using. You can send
me an email even if you haven't registered.
