From an all-club email from Tony Puglisi, Evergreen Soaring Equipment Director, dated 8/20/2010:

We are in a confused muddle at the moment, but to put a long story short, EASA, the European FAA has issued an AD that grounds our L-13. The FAA has not chimed in yet and I have contacted our local SSA asking for help.

Until further notice. DO NOT FLY THE L-13
